Pull an Obama

As in, Pull, Pulled or Pulling “an Obama” : When a salesperson sells something the company cannot deliver. This is not to be confused with lying or intentionally misleading someone to get an order. Rather, Pulling an Obama is related to over-selling a company’s ability to fulfill no matter how beneficial it would be to do business with said customer.
